Is the video uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser — your video stays on your device and no frames leave your computer.

What resolution do I get?

Frames are captured at the video's native resolution. When you export to a preset they get resized; tick "Include original resolution" to also keep an untouched copy.

Which video formats are supported?

Same as /video: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV and M4V. Large files work fine — we seek to each frame instead of loading the whole video into memory.

Can I export multiple sizes at once?

Yes. Pick several presets, add a custom size and toggle original. When the output is more than one file we package everything into a .zip.

Can I send a frame to another Krymp tool?

Yes. Each frame has a "Send to" menu that opens the image compressor, background remover, cropper, upscaler, anonymizer or moodboard with the still preloaded.
