Do I need to grant full gallery access?

No. The browser only exposes the file you picked — Krymp cannot see your other photos.

Does it handle HEIF from newer Samsung/Pixel?

Yes. Krymp reads HEIF and can save out as JPG or WebP.

Can I add Krymp to my home screen?

Yes — Chrome → menu → "Add to Home screen". Krymp then behaves like an app, even offline after your first visit.

Where is the image stored?

Nowhere outside your phone. No upload to any server.
